Syns help please

Does anyone know how many syns in asdas Mexican style cheesy enchilada sauce?
And are asdas frozen chicken breast strips syn free?

The sauce isn't in the app, but is coming out as 16 syns per jar in the calculator.

The frozen cooked chicken is free that I can see apart from the tikka one, which is half a syn per 100g.
