Hi, I am currently doing WW but a friend of mine is doing SW, I have two recipes that I really like someone to help "syn" for me. Many thanks.

    FRUIT LOAF

    300g Self-raising flour
    25g artificial sweetener
    125g mixed fruit
    300ml cup of tea
    ½ tsp. Bicarbonate of soda
Soak mixed fruit overnight in tea.
Pre-heat oven to 180c (gas mark 4). Grease loaf tin. Mix all ingredients, empty into loaf tin.
Bake for approx 1 hour on middle shelf.
    Point for recipe: 20

    WEETABIX LOAF

    150g dried fruit
    250ml skimmed milk
    100g self-raising flour
    1 x egg
    20g artificial sweetener
Pre-heat oven to 180c (gas mark 4), mix all ingredients together, empty into loaf tin. Bake for approx 1 hour on middle shelf.
