syns in aldi french fries

Hi you lovely people , just a quick question ive found some french fries from aldi they range from 65 to 67 cals a bag so would they be 3.5 syns if i went off the 20 cals to 1 syn rule i wont have any till i find out so thanks if you can help x

Yea that's correct, there's no free food allowance in crisps so you can use the rule 1 syn per 20 cals rule

For future syn related questions i would try posting in the syn section after you've done a quick search as someone may have already asked the SE question
