    You have the calorie content on the link you quoted - 87 calories per potato cake. So that would be four and a half syns, using the 1 syn per 20 calories rule which applies to food for which there is no free food allowance.

    Surely as they are potato cakes they hav a free potato element?!

    There is another thread n here about the tesco potato cakes and these are 1.5 each?!

    It's quite worrying because before starting Slimming World I used to eat three of the Warburtons ones in one go with cheese on the top!
