syns in sainsburys black bean sauce ?

hi can anyone help im trying to find out the syns for sainsburys Black bean stir fry sauce its in a pouch so in ml instead of grams so not sure how to work it out on calculator ? thanks

The instructions online say just to substitute mls for grams but as there is no free food allowance on sauces like this you can just use 1 syn per 20 calories to work it out as well
