Syns in Sainsbury's British Beef Kebabs With Sweet Chilli Seasoning x4 340g

I just started back on SW after about a 6 year break - so really rusty!

I am doing Original Days (Red) - but my food directory hasn't come yet.

Can anyone help me with the syn value for
Sainsbury's British Beef Kebabs With Sweet Chilli Seasoning x4 340g

Calories are 163 per kebab, Fat 9.9g (Saturates 3.9g), Fibre 0.4g... Do you need anything else?

Ingredients are just Beef (reformed) and spice mix... so I am hoping they are free on an Original day...

But just looking at the info you've given I know they won't be free. There is 9.9g fat per kebab so that means the meat isn't extra lean and therefore won't be free.

Ok, 340g is for 4 kebabs, so they are 85g each.

Protein is 13.6g per kebab and carbs are 4.9g per kebab

Well if you give it a free food allowance for the beef they come out at 3.5 syns each however I'm not entirely sure whether they should have an allowance if the meat isn't extra lean. If you do it without the allowance they are 8 syns each. So quite a difference. Might be best to double check with the syn helpline
