Syns in the oh so very delicious Hovis Seed Sensations Bread

Please can anyone let me know how many syns one slice would be please.

I have just got back from holiday and loved it! just had two slices to be honest and am hoping it's not THAT high!

Thanks in advance.. am hoping that one slice would be a H extra.

You can work it out using 1 syn for every calories - but it will not be a HEB I'm afraid.

oh dear so 2 slices are 220 calories that means 220 syns?? surely not?!

Maybe I'll go back to the WW plan.. lol

Sorry there was a mistake in my previsou post - it is 1 syn for every 20 calories so 220 calories would be 11 syns.
