Syns in turkey mince?

I've tried googling but no straight answer. Am wondering how many Syns, if any, in turkey mince on EE or green (don't do red) as I have some Asda turkey mince in the freezer and would like to make turkey burgers this week xx

if it is extra lean then it will be free.

However if it is not extra lean, it may include parts of a turkey other than the lean meat, so may have syns.

If you have nutritional information, post it on here with weight given for that info and someone can check for you on syns calculator.
