syns morrisons gammon steaks

Didn't know that some gammon steaks have syns. Anyone what morrisons smoked gammon steaks work out to on a red day?

As long as you remove all visible fat and don't cook them in oil, all gammon steaks are free on a red day. Enjoy

I think it's the gammon rounds you have to worry about as some of them are made from re-formed meat.
