Hi everone, I've just joined and not quite sure where to post!! I've arranged to see a counsellor, but wonder if someone could give me information on the 'newish' LL - the one where you have just around 14lbs to lose, and have a BMI of 25 - 29. I'm in this category - trying to do something about it now before it gets worse. Thanks a lot Mumbles

Hi Mumbles,

There is a LL Lite forum that is the best place to ask questions about that. Feel free to chat with everone else on the main board after all regardless of which part of the programme you are on, we are all in the same boat.
