T4A - Food Diary (Variety is the spice of life)

Decided to launch a food diary as it really helps to write things down for me. So here goes........

Day 1 - Thurs

Breakfast
2 boiled eggs, 1 alpen bar HEB (in car on way to Newcastle!)

Lunch
Fruit (apple and some melon)

Dinner
Home made risotto ( chopped leftover veg, onion, leeks, red pepper, mushrooms and sautee'd with fry light, added risotto rice and then stock made with oxo cube (1.5 syns) and some milk from HEA, added liquid slowly and used 28g of grated cheeze on top HEA)

Extras
2nd Alpen light HEB, 1 bag of crisps 7 syns

All in all a good food day, didnt feel hungry and was pleased that I'd taken the boiled eggs in the car with me, as I'd have been starving by the time I got up to Newcastle. Got a few strange looks from passing cars as I tucked into my boiled eggs hehe!

Well Day 2 went well, and I'm starting to enjoy this again.......

Day 2 - Friday

Breakfast

1 Alpen light bar and a small piece of the quiche I made last night.

Lunch
Larger piece of brocolli/pasta quiche and 2 apples

Dinner
Mushroom risotto (Riso Gallo Free on Green)
Salad

Extras
2nd Alpen light HEB, 28g Fruit/Fiber HEB, Milk for cereal and tea HEA

NO syns today (going out tomorrow night so I've got 2 days worth to play with)

Back to feeling full/hungry which is a good sign, instead of just feeding hunger ALL day.
