hi need some quick advice please , i have defrosted a pre cooked chilli for tonight , dilema is whether to have tacos or wraps ? i have my 2 BIL coming from ireland tonight , last time they were here we had tacos which was quite a gamble cos one of them is a very fussy / plain eater ! but he did eat them - phew , but dont know whether to risk wraps cos he doesnt eat ANY salad at all so bit worried the chilli mixture may be bit sloppy for wraps , (also which is the worst syn value for me ) i also wanted to do a s/w coleslaw what is the quickest way to search on this site for specific recipes please .

I'm too late for this now but for future reference, Sainsbury's do Wholemeal tortillas which come in at 60g each, so exactly 1 HEB x

Tortilla wraps can't be used as a healthy extra. X

Tortillas, made
with wheat flour,
standard, each 6.0 6.0 6.0
large, each 9.5 9.5 9.5
reduced fat,
large, each 8.0 8.0 8.0
eeeek!

There isn't enough fibre in them to count as a b choice. There are 2 (I believe) pitta breads that can be used due to their high fibre content, but these are the only unleavened products that can be counted as a b choice. It lists "any wholemeal bread" because there are so many different brands it would be impossible to list them all. If you do a search on here you will see it has been asked many times before and the answer is always that it can't be counted as a healthy extra.
