hey everyone
just wanted to introduce myself.i'm Joanne and i've just turned 30 .
i completed 15 weeks on lipotrim and managed to lose 5.5 stone.now i am here ready to lose the rest.
i have done sw a number of times.i lost 3.5 stone a few years ago but managed to put that back on.
i tried to restart last july but i wasn't getting anywhere with it and decided to do lipotrim.it gave me the boost i needed.
i did try to restart lipotrim a few weeks ago but didn't suceed.the thought of having to do another 3 months of shakes was too much for me.
i have had a gret first week on sw and i get weighed in the morning to see the results.
i have tried an ee week this week.fingers crossed x
i have started a food diary on here to help me stay on track and i would appreciate any help or advice regarding that.
i have recently purchased a wii fit board and plus game to help get in a little exercise.
really look forward to getting to know you all.i know this forum is amazing and can help me to stay on track x
