Sunday 16th September - starting weight 14st 1lb :(

B - Banana
L - 2 x wholemeal toast (HEBs), Baked Beans
D - Chicken (2), Dry Roast Potatoes, Carrots, Green Beans, Cabbage, Leeks, Gravy (4), 2 yorkshire puds (6)
S - Strawberries
HEA - skimmed milk

Not a bad start - but need to drink more water
 
Monday 17th September 2012

B - Banana
S - melon and grapes
L - Bistro salad leaves, cherry tomatoes, ham, chicken
S - choc mini roll - ? 6syns
D - mushroom omelette, cabbage, carrots, green beans, - muller light
S - mini ryvitas HEB and Laughing Cow Light HEXA

2 x black coffee, 1 pint s/f squash - must up the water!!

Tuesday 18th September

B - Muller light
S - 2 x clementines, banana
L - ham, chicken, salad
D - Courgettes, Mushrooms, Asda chicken kiev ?12 syns

HEA - skimmed milk
HEB ?

Tea with skimmed milk, Coffee, 1litre water, 2 pints s/f squash
 
Tricky day ahead as working at home..... and thats when I tend to pick.
So have made a rice pudding with my skimmed milk, pudding rice, candarel and spices, got a big bowl of chopped mango and some bananas and clementines for snacking on.
Seafood salad maybe with some boiled eggs for lunch and Planning to make a cottage pie with carrot and swede top for tea, with courgettes and mushrooms. The pudding is smelling good......
 
After sticking to plan yesterday - another good day so far.....
B - w/m toast (HEB), scrambled egg
S - chopped mango
L - salad and cottage cheese, quavers (?5 syns)
S - 2 x clementines, banana
D - Cottage Pie, courgettes, mushrooms, yoghurt
Skimmed milk - HEA

1 litre water, 2 x black coffees, earl grey tea.

D - Steak, SW chips, peas, mushrooms, tomato,
