Taffy's holiday countdown food diary.

    Going on holiday in 9 weeks and want to lose 9lbs - having hit a plateau I am being realistic!

    Friday 15/7/11 -
    B - 1 wholemeal bread HEXB, 2 egg cheese omelette (HEXA), 2 bacon medallions
    L - muller light, mango, Ice cream (4 syns)
    D - 3 pieces of chicken, chips (3 syns), tomato, coleslaw (2 syns)
    Extras s/s milk (2 syns)

    Saturday 16/7/11
    B - strawberries
    L - chicken, chips (3 syns) coleslaw, w/m bread (HEXB)
    D - salad (lettuce, red cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes, peppers,) Grated cheese (HEXA) prawns, chicken, lean ham, 2 x boiled eggs, Marie-rose sauce (2 syns) coleslaw, (2 syns)
    Vodka (3.5 syns), diet lemonade

    Breakfast - strawberries and muller light
    Lunch - mushroom and cheese (HEXA) omelette and salad
    Dinner - pork steak, brocoli, cauliflower, cabbage, leeks, carrot, mash and dry roast potatoes, mashed swede, 1 yorkshire (2syns?), gravy (5 syns)
    Snack - porridge & muller light (HEXB)

    B - 2 x ryvitas (HEXB), ham, philly extra light (?2)
    L - crabsticks, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, peppers (xl mayo 1)
    3 satsumas, pear,
    D - pork steak, cabbage, cauli, brocoli, mash and new pots, swede, carrots & gravy (5 syns)
    Extras - ss milk (HEXA), melon, strawberries, 2l sf squash

    B - melon, strawberries, activia ff yoghurt
    snacks - 1 pineapple, 1/2 melon, 3 satsumas
    L - wrap (7 syns?) , mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, ham,
    Snack - stir fry veg & prawns, yoghurt
    D - garlic chicken (2.5 syns), carrots, brocoli, cauliflower, swede and carrot mash
    4pints sf squash, 2 x black coffees

    Hmm - haven't had my A&Bs today - not like me - ryvita, cheese and cucumber then for supper
