Tagine

Hi, hope someone can help. I haven't got access to syn calculator at present and don't want to guess! I'm making this tomorrow and it'll serve 4. I'm using extra lean beef and probably 4 tbsps olive oil. Could someone help with syn values pretty please? Thanks
600 g quality stewing beef
olive oil
1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
1 small bunch of fresh coriander
400 g tinned chickpeas, drained
400 g tinned chopped tomatoes
800 ml organic vegetable stock
1 small squash, approximately 800g, deseeded and cut into 5cm chunks
100 g prunes, stoned and roughly torn
2 tablespoons flaked almonds, toasted
For the spice rub
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
1 level tablespoon ras el hanout spice mix
1 level tablespoon ground cumin
1 level tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 level tablespoon ground ginger
1 level tablespoon sweet paprika

Mostly free food (assuming the beef is lean only) apart from:
Olive Oil - 24syns (seems an awful lot of oil for the ingredients, could you reduce it to 1 tablespoon or even use Fry Light?)
Prunes - 4 syns for 100gr cooked
Almonds - 8 syn for 25gr

No details on the ras el hanout spice mix - could well be free, but to be on the safe side count 1 syn for 20 calories

Hope this helps, enjoy!! sounds delicious

Thank you so much, was just having one final check for replies before starting it! I'm making that for the men and child, I decided to be good and am having salmon with syn free tartare cre and spinach! X

I make this tagine all the time (it's the Jamie Oliver recipe) but use frylight not oil and just leave out the prunes and almonds (you barely notice they're not there!). Ras el hanout is free. I just bung it all in the slow cooker. Delicious and a really good slimming world meal.
