Take away curry - best options??

    Having a take away curry with mum and dad tonight. I know the rice is a no no and all the obvious stuff like naan breads, but what are my best choices to stay as far as possible on plan? ;)

    Low carb, now calorie counting
    You could try a saag paneer (spinach and cheese)
    Pretty much most dry curries, maybe a bhuna

    I wouldn't get too hung up on the curry itself though...I think it's the naans and rice that will be the real kicker. Watch out for samosas!

    A couple of poppadoms shouldn't be too bad tho.

    (Hope I've spelt stuff right!)

    I usually have a tandoori dish, a kebab or shaslick with sag paneer (spinach & cheese) or butter chicken is another good one if you like a more saucy dish!:rolleyes:

    Well..... Had a chicken tikka and a cauli bhaja but had far too much wine and now can't see straight........:)
