Ok so when you know the rough pp for a take away like a chicken chow Main is 9pp I think, is this 9 points for the whole portion you get from the take away or just half?

I think it would be for the whole portion but not including the rice

I hope it's the full portion but it does seem quite low for a takeaway x

I do it for half as its loads for 9, a ww meal can be 9 so I double it
