Has anyone else been in the same boat as me...too skint to do CD for a few weeks? Everything has come at once and I've had to sacrifice CD. I've told my CDC that I will be back at the end of June :cry:. I've needed an opportunity to reboot too and get back into it as I'm not having all my packs and being really relaxed with it all. I'm hoping to counterbalance the added food with exercise as a kind of damage control lol.

I'm also starting the gym next month whoo hoo :D does the gym have a good or bad effect on weight loss when combined with CD?
