Tampopo

I haven't found a thread for this place on the site so forgive me if this is a duplicate of one which is somewhere I didn't look.

Tampopo sell all sorts of noodles and rice dishes, mainly around the SE asian area so think Vietnam, China, Japan etc.

While I am aware of avoiding things like Tempura batter and anything wrapped in paper which is subsequently fried, Katsu curry and any satay sauces due to the syns from peanuts, I am unsure as to how to syn some of the dishes.
Things can be cooked in sesame oil without necessarily saying what they are and other ingredients such as Tamarind paste can actually contain a lot of oil.

Does anyone have any advice for me in terms of what to pick?
Some of the soups look fairly low in fat but still, I want to make the best educated choice. :)
