The slimming world site won't work on my phone at the mo. 
I usually go for an Indian with the bf on either a fri or sat night but having been off plan for ages I'm not 100% what the syn value of the tandoori mixed grill is.
I seem to recall it being 8.5 syns? Also, as it's usually part of a meal deal I have 1 poppadom, boiled rice (which I know is free), Bombay aloo (something like 6 syns but I only ever use 1 tablespoon) and a house special starter.
I understand this is going to put me over syns but I want to flexi and have had this meal before and still lost but can't remember what the syns were.
Any help greatly appreciated
