Here is my new and hopefully final diary ( hence the title) I'm going in hard now as of tomorrow and will update the gain after about 2-3 weeks of pissing around on cd and not following at all. Now I'm almost at target, I keep being naughty and thinking it's ok to eat chocolate, cakes, pizza... And the rest, so as of tomorrow it all stops and my life will focus on getting to target and improving my fitness. New diary, new start. Hopefully this is the beginning of the end and this will be the diary in which I reach my target and begin my maintenance. Please help me and be really strict with me xxx

Just been looking for new diaries to inspire me and the Cambridge forum is eerily quiet.... So close to Xmas. Will be booming in January hahaha x

I know...I was thinking the same thing - I am never quiet though :) Even with hanster cheeks and a throat like it's been sandpapered

I have a collection of shakes and soups at the moment. Mainly CD and dietimeal. I hope that by the time they all run out in just under 2 months I will be able to afford to sign up with CD. If not I will go back to Exante, which I did last year :)

The CD packs are lovely though :)

Yeah that was my plan but we've got loads of bloody food in at the mo so will probs do 1000 this week and mayb drop down until goal?? What do u reckon? X

Yes that will be fine but really u should be staying at 1000 plan for a while then moving up to 1200 I'd say do this by the first week of December get introducing foods sooner than later in time for crimbo??

I just have to focus on this 100%. there's no more nights out planned until 25th November so I know there's no drinking/ hangover greedy days ahead x
