Hi everyone,
Been following a strict exercise and healthy eating plan and have decided that as its very similar to slimming world, I'm going to start following the slimming world plan for a little more structure. I'm going it alone until I join a group which will probably be next Wednesday. I'm currently ill with a bad chest and throat so I'm avoiding the gym for a few days, may try and do something light on Wednesday if I'm feeling any better.
Start weight 10st 6lbs
Goal weight: 9st 6lbs
I'm going to aim to lose a stone. I've never got lower than 9st 11 and in going to make sure I achieve it for the summer. I'm a bridesmaid in may and I've also got Glastonbury to look forward to! Lets smash this
