Hi gang I'm re starting pro points again tomorrow, I done it briefly last year and had some good result so time to get back on it and pick up where I left off!!

Will post diary tomorrow! Feeling very motivated!!!

Day 1 - so far so good!
Weighed myself thismorning 10st 1 not as bad as I thought! So feeling quite positive as only 10lbs to lose!

Breakfast- 40g special k and banana with skimmed milk (5)

Lunch- ww chilli (6)

Snacks - special k bar (2)
Snack a jacks (2)

Dinner- fajita wraps (13)

Will have a hot choc later (1)

Even resisted the cupcakes that someone bought into work!!!
 
Day 2

Breakfast- 40g special k, blueberries, banana and milk (5)

Snack - special k bar (2)
Apple

Lunch - ham and coleslaw sarnie and sweet chili snack a jacks (10)

Snack- hot cross bun with jam (8) couldn't resist after a shockingly bad morning at work!!!

Dinner- paprika and lemon roast chicken, roast potatoes, carrots, 1 yorkie and a splash of gravy (10)
 
Another good(ish) day have dipped into my weeklies a little tho!

Breakfast- 40g special k with milk blueberries and a banana (5)

Lunch - ham and coleslaw sandwich, 1 apple and snack a jacks (10)

Snack- hot cross bun with a little spread and jam (8)
Herby crackers (3)

Dinner- tesco healthy living lasanga and 1 spoon of diet coleslaw with salad (11)

Will have a hot choc later (1)

31 weeklies remaining!

Still feeling very determined!! Havnt planned any food for tomo as on home standy from 3am boo!!! Xx
 
Day 4-

Today was a complete fail! Made it till about half 1 and then I went all down hill from there very disappointed in myself! Literally ate anything I could get my hands on- hoping I can win it back tomo :(
