ProPoints Tanya's food diary 7st to lose

    Hi guys thought I would start a food diary to help me stay on track this is today's

    B: 30g rice crispies 3pp 100ml ss milk 1pp

    S: Apple 0pp red bull 3pp

    L: ww quiche 7pp with salad 0pp ww yogurt 1pp

    D: chicken casserole 9pp (chicken carrots onions stock and potatoes) with sprouts 0pp and 2 Yorkshire puddings 3pp

    S: tassimo costa latte 3pp 2x beef hula hoops 7pp and a wispa 6pp

    That's 37 daily pp used and 6pp used from weeklies

    Also subscribing. I love my tassimo, having the macciarto as is 2PP. Shame they don't do skinny, sugar free ones.

    I wish they would do skinny/ sugar free ones they would make a few quid out of me if they did :D

    Today is a bit messed up food wise as I'm working 1230pm til 10pm (the joys of working in a betting shop lol)

    Had a late breakfast today scrambled egg on toast

    WW white bread 4pp
    SS milk (100ml) 1pp
    3 eggs 6pp
    Costa caramel latte 3pp


    4 cream crackers 3pp
    2 laughing cow light triangles 1pp
    WW yogurt 1pp
    Apple 0pp
    Banana 0pp
    Fanta zero 0pp


    WW macaroni cheese ready meal 9pp


    Hula hoops 4pp
    Bag of mini creme eggs 11pp

    I also drink at least a litre of sugar free squash can't do plain water! Lol

    43pp used 37 daily pp and 6pp of weeklies

    4 laughing cow light triangles 3pp
    WW vanilla yogurt 1pp
    Banana 0pp

    2 youngs fish cakes 4pp
    150g chips (nume low fat Morrisons) 6pp
    Carrots 0pp
    80g peas 2pp

    Hula hoops 4pp
    Boost (from a 4pack) 7pp
    Caramel latte (tassimo) 3pp

    37 daily pp used and 6 weeklies pp used

    Quite looking forward to weigh in on Saturday feel like I've eaten loads :)
