Ok ive finally decided to start a food diary so all you v.wise experts can let me know if im going wrong at any stage.

I am 23, i have 5 stone to lose, and i want to be at goal by next June for a family wedding. My starting weight is 15st, 7lb and i am on 26 pts a day.
