Hi Everyone!
I'm going for tapas this weekend for a friend birthday. I've never tried tapas before and have tried looking up the nutritional info.
My birthday was last weekend so i've had a really bad week food and drink wise, so i want to be extra good from now.
I have no idea how to point this, and i dont expect anyone to no the exact points but was wondering if i post the menu if anyone could estimate or tell me what to avoid?
toasted bread with tomatoes, olive oil, garlic and parsley
Machengo cheese
spanish cured ham
salad with olive oil and vingarette dressing
deep fried potatoes with a spicy hot tomato sauce
potatos fried in olive oil, green pepper and onion
chicken cooked in olive oil with garlic and white wine
king prawns with olive oil, garlic and chilli
pork meatballs in tomato sauce
chicken and seafood paella
mushrooms with olive oil parlsey garlic and white wine
pork tenderloin in creamy blue cheese and mushroom sauce
chorizo sausage with garlic and white wine sauce
Any help would be great!!
