Just starting targetslim today,all excited yet sooooo nervious! Just had my last shake of the day and have to say not half as hard or as hungry as i thought i'd be. Did liporim in the past so kind of know what to expect but have to say wow!!! The difference with the choice of flavours. Really like the banana,chocolate and the caramel. Got a good choice so let's see how tomorrow goes. Feels like i've a long way to go seeing as i've about 5 stone to lose but all i keep thinking is by christmas i'll be fab
