Taster Night

Does anyone have a suggestion for something to make for our next Taster Night. It has to be something that I can make on Sunday as I go straight to Group from work on a Monday, it can be kept in the fridge at work on the Monday.

At my last one I made SW syn free houmous, tasty, easy to make and will keep in the fridge for a day no trouble
