Hi, I think i have shot myself in the foot this week. I got a lot of flavours that i loved the week before, but now i can't stand them .. so have 4 days of yuck left lol.. Is this normal to go off things out of no where?
It is one of the wonderful joys of this diet! lol. I am currently addicted to LF Cappucino which I HATED when I started the diet!!! Similarly I was addicted to toffee and walnut when i first started but doesnt appeal at all now!
