Tasty easy recipes cooked on the hob?

Hi guys

My diet, or at least cooking, has gone out the window somewhat because our oven blew up! Quite literally. There was a loud bang and the breaker blew. So we have been eating a lot of salads and noodles!

Can you give me some ideas of tasty but easy EE meals that can be cooked entirely on the hob? (We have a gas hob.) I am disabled and my partner has major health problems so we cannot prepare a meal or cook it on the hob for long periods.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

What about curries or bolognaise with rice or pasta or boiled jacket potatoes Our oven did blow about 2 months back and I got on as usual with the hob plus microwave ( mind mine is a micro/ oven type so was lucky!) but now blessed with a new one!

Thanks for the suggestions. We have a slow cooker so tend to do that sort of thing in there anyway. Hoping to get a new oven in next few weeks.
