It is really easy when you know what you are doing and you don't have to weigh or measure stuff which is what makes it so easy!

i will start looking into it..... cos hoping at
the end of this month to be on about 1500 kcals so than i could start x but i really will take the time to understand it fully before starting x

The best way to do that would be to go and see a SWC and get it explained properly. You can go it alone from there

Do you mean Tuesday's lunch? I had 4 Quorn picnic eggs which are 1 Syn each and very yummy!

The chocolate today was some maltesers and minstrels and I estimated the Syns as I had a little of both.

After WI I tend to give myself a treat that I don't count in like a big bar of chocolate or something like that
