The sugar is around 2 points per tsp but I advise to use canderel tablet instead because that is free of points.

If you drink a few cups of tea a day, i advise that you account for a quarter, or a half pint of milk per day in your points diary.
Quarter pint of semi skimmed is 2 points.
Quarter pint of skimmed is 1 point.

    Hope this helps :)

I just have a daily allowance of 1/2 pint of semi skimmed a day. This works out to 4 pp and does my cereal plus a couple coffees throughout the day. I dont always use the full amount but at least im covered for it then.
