Only just joined, and I've got another question already!

Does drinking tea and coffee whilst on Ultra Slim affect your overall weight loss? I usually grab half a cup of coffee before work, a tea mid morning, and afternoon, and a coffee after dinner. I'm trying to drink my 2 ltrs of water in between.....even though my belly is bloated, and slushes around like a hot water bottle.... I don't like green, or fruit teas, and use semi skimmed milk in my tea/coffee.

    What's your thoughts please?

I didnt through the day just water, cordial with my tea then allowed myself one cup at night with my 100 cal snack if i had stayed on plan. Those bits of calories add up but its up to you if you mind it being a little slower, although if its black its pretty much no cals

its gonna be minimal calories really I only put a tiny bit of milk in and I try to use skimmed but semi will be fine- put it this way if its going to curb you from eating (that's why I drink it) then u are consuming less cals

I must admit, a cuppa does fill me up a bit, so will try and cut the quantity down a bit, but savour my tea and snack...thanks for your replies. x
