Hya can you help please

Can I have green tea with Lemon not fresh lemon but already infused in the tea bag?

Or can I have green tea with mint ?

I dont drink tea but I'm pretty sure you wont be allowed the lemon infused tea.. Only leaf tea like peppermint etc

You can have green tea on its own without the lemon...the lemon will take you out of ketosis.
