Woooo!

I am also doing a water challenge as I have to admit, have never managed more than half a pint before (always had coffee all day).

Am on day 2 off 2 litres a day....anybody else joining me??? x

Hiya lou yes i will join in the water challenge i usually drink 3 litres a day.

Are we including squash+hot drinks or just plain water?

I'm going for plain water... I have about 6 cups tea/coffee also and sometimes squash but I am now going for 2 litres of plain water a day on top.... fingers crossed x
