    Posting on fridays, cut off day is end of thursday.

    Right, for example:

    Leah - current weight 200lbs
    This week = lost 20lbs

    First, convert the st to lbs if you need to!

    Then:
    (Weight loss this week)
    (Weight at last weeks weigh in) x100 =

    20
    200 x 100 =

    0.1 x 100 = 10% LOST!

    ok, as your leader i have delegated already.........
    much to my disgust im on lates this thurs , so have elected janie to be the collator this week in my absence!!!! so can you please pm her your weights etc in a format like this

    last week weight - 000lbs (yes in pounds pls)
    this week weight - 000lbs
    total week loss - 00 (well i cant see it being in the hundreds!!!)

    I would say Lily to put last Thurs weight in, Then what you weigh this Thurs and then the difference!

    I'm doing alright this week girlies!! 5lbs DOWN this am!! WOO HOO!!!

    I'm doing fine, thanks. Still waiting for that burst of energy you're supposed to get in ketosis :rolleyes: but other than that... :)

    Hope everyone else is okay too!

    Poohbearmufc, how d'you make chocolate trifle?? Sounds yummy :)

    Exante - Total Solutions
    Make some jelly with 100ml boiling water and supercook gelatin, then once dissolved add 400ml cold water, tsp water flavouring (i use summer berries) and food colouring... I put into 3 ramekins but u can make one big one. Put in the fridge until set (I do mine the night before). Then once set. Whizz up a chocolate tetra and a scoop of mix a mousse, whizz up for about 60 seconds and pour ontop of jelly and wait till they are set... flipping lovely!!!

    Hope you make it cos it is really scrummy!

    im changing my weighday to a thurs....will give last weeks wi and tomorrows wi.and then thurs for then on, i dont wi with cdc as i can never get there the same day time etc and always have on diff clothes...she just does my inches now...

    Have already posted Janie with my results - think we'll have a good total as I've lost 6lbs!! About to go out shopping for evening (yay!!) so will catch up with everyone later!

    Kayjay lost 6lbs - 3.17%
    Lily lost 9lbs - 4.81%
    Mandiep lost 3lbs - 1.40%
    Shell lost 4lb - 1.67%
    Poohbearmufc lost 7lbs - 2.97%
    Janie1978 lost 4lbs - 1.96%


    A grand Total of 33 lbs and 2.6%

    A massive pat on the ladies fantabbytocious!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
