teeside and co durham

does anyone go to groups in either county durham or teeside areas.

i live in hartlepool and am thinking of joining LL can you advise me of how you find your counsellor.

I really need motivating i think as i am failing miserably with cambridge. I did LL last year for 4 weeks only then switched to cd. Worst mistake i have ever made. at the time i thought that the counselling wasn't for me but looking at it now i think that is maybe what i need.

Hi Pinkrose, I don't know your particular area sorry. If you go to the lighter life website www.lighterlife.com and go tot the page for find a counsellor - just submit your details and it will come up with the counsellors nearest to your home.

i have got a few names of counsellors i just wondrered if anyone had any personal experiences fromany of them I am sre thay are all great though.
