    Morning everyone

    hope you are all well this morning and raring to go this morning.

    thought I'd get this started and as the title say the demons need to s*d off as they have been far to present for me this weekend but NO MORE!

    I got into some size 12 jeans last night YIIPPPPPPPPEEEEEE and tried on my tankinis for my hols size 12 bottoms again!!!!!

    pre holiday madness is starting to set in!

    Im on 1000 cals again today but need to be on the hour by hour to stay 100%! am in work today but will be back later.

    have farmed the kids out to friends houses for their tea so I can have a good 3 hours of packing to do as I STILL havent done it yet despite having good intentions all weekend!

    Ooh good morning Jess and everyone to follow!

    Sounds like nothing's gonna stop you today hun! Congrats on getting in the size 12s!! At the moment I'd be happy with 20!! Lol, my thighs have bags of space in my trousers, still waiting for my tummy to catch up hehe! Saying that, I've decided to wear my nice clothes to work, make the most of them as soon (fingers crossed) they will be too big :D

    Anyway, scales say 2lbs down today which I'm pleased about because they haven't shifted for a couple of days- reckon it was a bit of water!!

    Speaking of which, better get a move on as I haven't drunk nearly enough yet!!

    I have the same problem, but the other way round... my stomach used to be my problem area, but now its the only place I'm losing :)

    Morning Jess, Katy and Clare. Loving the title Jess, it made me giggle. I'm still on the straight and narrow (just)! I'm sick of my subconscious being mean to me. Yesterday I almost had a blip without even knowing it :( Enjoy your day ladies

    Wow sounds like you're in for a busy evening packing Jess - don't forget my case, you're taking me with you!!! lol :D

    Well I'm determined for a 100% day today. I shall also be catching up on the wii fitness coach. I haven't been on it for a good week :sigh: The thing is, maybe I'm daft (or stupid!) But I'm usually home from work around 4 and I get straight to it. But last week I finished at 5 (training course) and by the time I got home, grumpy bum (neighbour who lives in the flat below us) is home. I worry that he will think his ceiling will cave in with me bounding around upstairs.

    I then had intentions of doing it at the weekend - but I can't really kick HB out of the lounge. But we did go out and do a lot of walking on both sat and sun, so i've not been 100% naughty :p

    I'm planning on an hour of cardio. I might get my baked beans tins out too - I don't have weights, so I use the tins instead lol :) I really need to loose some inches from my batwings :eek:

    I'm up for another 100% day today! Ketosis definately here so that makes things a wee bit easier. MIL coming round to visit this am sometime so will let her see pics from caravan last weekend.

    Jess-Im jealous-wish I was going away! I want some sunshine and a tan, Im doing well to resist the sunbed 'cause I know its not good for my skin but I just cant be bothered with fake tan!! Might get some of that Johnsons holiday stuff but I worry about my hands being a darker as they're so dry.

    Loving loving loving the sunshine in London, after yesterday we had a downpour and got stuck in the supermarket as the outside flooded so could not get out because of all the water damn it!!!

    Been at ui where I keep getting people telling me "I've lost enough" and "how long you been on that diet? 3 months now?". Just tell them still have a bit to go and I'm nearly finished. Anything for the sake of peace.

    Away to curl up in bed for a bit with a good book before husband home from his OU exam, and I have to make dinner etc for him. Quite tired today but is to be expected.

    Just need to get a start on this essay. Need to sit an map out the structure at least tonight with what I want to say. Oh the joys.

    Lexie, as you well know hun, those that havent,(been on CD)wont!(understand) So, you know whats best right? good luck with the essay. Just found out I failed the EASY exam I took last month but PASSED the freakin difficult one with flying colours. What??? whatever. A bit down about the fail, more to do with vanity and pride then anything else coz, like, I DONT FAIL, you know!!

    curly, have you started the cd training session yet? Mine went well, just waiting for my business pack now. You will make a great cdc girl!!

    hi everyone else! Im not round much coz have a lot on my plate atm and dont really want to put a downer on everyone. TOTM due in 3 days, so that could have something to do with it. oh well. Be back tomorrow for a quick peek.

    having a lovely day here-just been out a walk with pushchair,passed the village playpark and thought Id try DS on swings, sat on my knee for a start (Im sure my bum would have been squashed in swing 3 stone ago but comfortable today!) then put him in the baby swing-loved it!! He's my inspiration for loosing weight so its great motivation when I get moments like this!
