Really wish on days like today my girls were old enough to feed themselves. It doesn't bother me having food in the house but standing there and resisting not pinching a quaver and the crust of there sandwich is hell lol how daft does that sound! Never mind another lunch time done and mummy didn't cheat pheww.

How far into the diet are you annie?
you sound in the early stages, because as the weeks go on temptation becomes easier.
I cook for my partner daily and i never get tempted, i'm on week 13 now and i've started to see food as 'evil' and i never crave anything anymore, its strange!
