Has anyone else tried these soups. They are by Gourmet Cuisine and I buy mine from Morrisons, they come in boxes of 6 sachets and are a cup a soup. They contain 0.06g fat per sachet and come in chicken flavour and tomato flavour. They are lovely and just enough to take the edge off your appetite as opposed to having a cup of coffee/tea. I use two which fills a mug and gives only 20 calories.

They sound good. I found the savoury drinks you get on Lighter Life really useful so something to fill that savoury gap would be really helpful. I shall search them out.

The only place ever seen them is Morrisons. I sometimes use the chicken one with some noodles, chicken and sweetcorn and have chicken and sweetcorn noodle soop ( surprisingly given the ingredients lol)
