Hi, I was wondering if someone could tell me whether tesco apricot wheats are a Hexb and if so how much can you have. I usually have porridge but fancy a change.
I haven't been back to class since August so am a bit behind with all the new hexa's and b's. I am now trying to follow the plan from home to get back in my target range but seem a bit stuck in a rut.
