Sorry, way higher than 7 syns, that would be for the bun only... No part of a regular burger or the bun would be free, so divide the cals by 20 and you get the syns, 28 1/2.

Thanks didnt think they wud b that low gud job they didnt have ne in at tesco got the frozen meat free ones instead
