Tesco Easy Oats HEB

S: 12st7.5lb C: 11st4.5lb G: 10st0.5lb BMI: 27.2 Loss: 1st3lb(9.69%)
I'd been using Tesco Easy Oats (1 sachet) as my HEB as I checked the ingredients and it is literally just rolled oats but measured out into sachets. But when I checked the SW app it said that I'm supposed to syn them.

I don't really understand why as Quaker Oats So Simple sachets - which are exactly the same! - are listed as a HEB.

Don't want to think that I've been eating way too many syns all along thinking that they were a healthy extra o_O

It might be to do with the weight of them. 40g oats is a healthy extra B choice so if the sachets aren't 40g then they don't contain enough fibre to count. The Oat So Simple sachets are 27g and don't count as a HEB but the 39g Oat So Simple 'Big Bowl' sachets can be used as a HEB.

Oh okay that makes sense as I believe they are only 30g. Thanks for your help :)
