Tesco egg noodles - pre cooked

    Please, please please can anyone tell me if these are syn free on a red day - it says dry noodles are but what about pre-cooked?

    There are no syn free noodles on red day I'm afraid. The dried ones are free on green and EE only. The pre-packed ones have a small syn value on green as there is usually oil in it to stop them sticking. On red however the syn value will be high.

    Aw thanks! Oops got confused with my days there. so on a green day are the sins for the whole bag??

    It tells you the amount in the details below. One is for 100g the other for the 410g pack. Depends which of these, assuming it was one of these, you had.
