Tesco Free From Yogurts

Hi - Forgive me if this is somewhere else, but I've looked in the yogurt thread and can't see the Tesco Free From Yogurts syn values in there? Does anybody know what they are?

I think it's best that you post the NV so that someone can put it through the calculator for you.

Worst case scenario, using the 1 syn / 20 cal rule, you're looking at 4 or 41/2 syns each depending on the flavour but using soya as a free food could bring them right down.
