    Hi

I saw on tesco's website that their green pesto is very low carb only 1.2g per 100g. I know pesto normally goes with pasta, and I know pasta is a no, no. However I've ordered a jar to come tomorrow with my shopping.
What do you use pesto for on this diet, any inspiration would be greatly appreciated.

    xx

Makes a nice dressing if you thin it down with some olive oil. Stuff chicken breasts with it then wrap in bacon. use it as a marinade for chicken or fish before cooking. Lovely
