Getting back on the SW wagon - well, never REALLY stuck to it before but hoping now i can!! Have put on 21 pounds since my weddin in December!! ARGHHHHH!!!C

an anyone tell me how many syns are in them:

100g contains
225 cal
17.3g protein
13.2g carbs
1.4g of which sugars
11g fat
0.8g of which sats
2g fibre
0.5g sodium
