3.6g sugars
3.4g fat
1.3g sat fat
0.7g salt

What is the serving size in grams? or weight of whole packet? How many baps in packet? Then can check for you.

Syns online says:

Tesco Malted Grain Baps, Large, 4 pack 95g each

12 Syns on Extra Easy / Original 12 Syns / Green 12 Syns

Tesco Wholemeal Baps, Large, 4 pack 95g each

10½ Syns on Extra Easy / Original 10½ Syns / Green 10½ Syns

These are the only two listed under tesco then baps. If its not these let me know more info on weight/portion.
