Tesco Light Choices Cottage Cheese syns??

Hi all
I was wondering if anyone could clear up the confusion I have around certain flavours of low fat cottage cheese... some are free and some have 1/2 or 1 syn? I keep getting different answers from different people. The flavours in question are (and all 150g pots)

• Pineapple and Passion fruit
• Pineapple
• Red pepper and pesto
• Onion and chive
• Sweet Chilli

I've just looked them up:

Pineapple & passion fruit - 1 & a half
Pineapple - 1
Red pepper & pesto - FREE
Onion & chive - FREE
Sweet chilli - I can't find on the SW site!

Now these syns are all for 100g only.

If you haven't tried the pesto & pepper one do-it's amazing!

YESSS pepper and pesto is my absolute favourite I'm over the moon that it's free! :bliss:

I'm hoping the sweet chilli one is free too... mainly cos I've got one in my fridge already... but if anything it won't be too damaging so I don't mind.

Also, today I put 1 tablespoon of medium Nando's peri peri sauce in my plain cottage cheese... soooo nice for only 1/2 a syn...

I hadn't tried cottage cheese until a made a SW canelloni. Since then I've become addicted & I have the tesco light natural one, I absolutely love the stuff & practically have it everyday! (loser)
